Fair participation
The Community Score measures submitted resident sentiment. It remains separate from audited financial and official performance information.
Who may contribute
Account holders should assess only the council where they currently live and only services they can reasonably judge.
One assessment
Each account may maintain one assessment for its selected council during each scoring period. The assessment can be edited; repeated submissions do not create additional votes.
How scoring works
Service ratings range from very poor to excellent. “Not used” answers are excluded. The public comparison uses published standard category weights. Personal priority choices affect only the account holder’s private priorities score.
Publication threshold
Aggregate results are withheld until the scoring period’s minimum response threshold is met. Response totals and the verification basis are displayed alongside published scores.
Moderation
CouncilMetrics may suspend accounts or withdraw assessments where there is evidence of automation, duplication, manipulation or use outside these terms.
